These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our online store, your purchases, and your consumer rights. By completing a transaction on our platform, you enter into a legally binding agreement with AlphaGearX BD, operating in full compliance with the Digital Commerce Operations Guidelines of the Ministry of Commerce, Bangladesh, and Google Merchant Center Integrity Standards.
- True-to-Life Representation: We provide exact material specifications (e.g., natural tree rubber or TPE composition for yoga mats, tensile strength and weight capacities of barbells/benches, and physical dimensions of accessories). There is no exaggerated marketing; what is listed in our Google Shopping feeds matches the physical product identically.
- Transparent All-Inclusive Pricing: All retail prices are displayed clearly in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Prices are fully inclusive of statutory VAT and taxes. The price agreed upon at the checkout screen is final; we do not apply any hidden handling or fuel surcharges at the time of delivery.
- Real-time Inventory Accuracy: We employ automated inventory sync. In the rare event that an item (e.g., adjustable dumbbells or resistance bands) goes out of stock after your order is registered, we will notify you within 48 hours to process an immediate alternative solution or a full, hassle-free refund.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy Across Bangladesh
In alignment with domestic consumer buying patterns and the localized “BD Trust Model”, we provide nationwide Cash on Delivery (COD) services with the following parameters:
- No Pre-payment Required for COD: In strict accordance with national guidelines, 100% advance payments are only taken for goods that are verified and “ready to ship”. Otherwise, you are fully entitled to select Cash on Delivery.
- OTP Verification: For premium gym gear, structural rigs, or bulk orders, we utilize a secure SMS-based One-Time Password (OTP) or phone verification before our warehouse dispatches the cargo.
- Parcel Inspection Policy: To protect our logistical integrity and comply with courier partner agreements, customers must pay the courier agent the invoiced amount before unsealing/opening the protective internal shipping boxes. For any product defects, omissions, or claims, you are protected by our Return & Refund Policy.
Product Safety, Assembly, & Liability Disclaimer
High-intensity fitness training and yoga practices carry inherent physical risks.
- User Responsibility: All gym accessories (including heavy-duty latex loop bands, suspension systems, weight belts, and yoga wheels) must be inspected by the user before every session for standard wear, micro-tears, or structural fatigue.
- Product Assembly: Larger equipment (e.g., squat stands, pull-up stations, or weight benches) must be assembled precisely according to our provided instruction guides.
- Liability Waiver: AlphaGearX BD operates strictly as a premium fitness retail distributor. We are not liable for any personal injuries, medical issues, or damages resulting from incorrect assembly, structural modifications, or improper physical execution of exercises using our equipment.
Shipping & Delivery Timelines (Local BD Framework)
In strict compliance with the Digital Commerce Operations Guidelines:
- Same-City (Inside Dhaka Metro): Delivery will be made within 2 to 5 business days.
- Different-City (All other Districts/Divisions across BD): Delivery will be made within 5 to 10 business days using our reliable regional logistics partners (e.g., Pathao, RedX, Steadfast Courier).
- Logistics Tracking: Customers are immediately provided with a tracking number via SMS/Email once the product is handed over to the courier (which occurs within 48 hours of order confirmation).
Compliant Returns, Refunds, & Claims
We maintain an open and transparent refund policy to secure our Google Merchant Trust Score and abide by the Consumer Rights Protection Act, 2009:
- Reporting Window: Damaged, defective, or incorrect shipments must be reported to our customer service desk within 72 hours of delivery.
- Return Criteria: Items must be in their original, unwashed, and unused condition, packed securely in the original AlphaGearX BD retail box/packaging with all barcode tags and product documentation intact.
- Hygiene Exemptions: Due to hygiene standards and the nature of high-sweat fitness activities, returns are not accepted on opened or used yoga mats, sweatbands, gym gloves, grip pads, or chalk once the protective shrink wrap or plastic seal is broken.
- Refund Issuance: Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment channel (MFS: bKash/Nagad, or original Credit/Debit Card) within 7 to 10 working days. For COD orders, refunds are issued via MFS or Direct Bank Transfer to the verified customer’s account name.

We host highly encrypted, SSL-certified payment portals. We accept:
- Mobile Financial Services (MFS): bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay.
- Debit/Credit Cards: VISA, MasterCard, UnionPay, American Express (routed via authorized local gateways).

Intellectual Property & Brand Integrity
All original product photography (featuring local athletes and instructors), website layout, brand marks, and specialized yoga and weightlifting guides are copyrighted under the Copyright Act, 2000 of Bangladesh. Unauthorized reproduction, data-scraping, or reuse of our media files for retail purposes is strictly prohibited.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh. Any unresolved customer complaints will be channeled through our designated Compliance Officer. If a mutually amicable resolution cannot be reached within 72 hours, the dispute shall be referred to the Directorate of National Consumer Rights Protection (DNCRP) or resolved in competent courts situated in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
